They got rid of the entire Xolair sales team - the team that generates, in addition to Genentech, over 2 billion dollars a year with about 900 million of that pure profit that goes to the bottom line of Novartis. Yes, I think everyone agrees that a layoff will be coming in CV because Entresto is on the way out. However, they are not going to go contract with the CV team. There’s a de facto hiring freeze within CV as we speak, I foresee a simple one rep territory outcome once the dust settles.It is not a breather, it is shots fired.

Territory size will also increase due to lack of potential. Repatha has won this battle and Leqvio is dead.
