Cuts to CV Sales Force

One rep per territory is not nearly enough to make up enough of the loss of Entresto. Once Entresto is gone, 95% of CV revenue is gone with it. Territory size will also increase due to lack of potential. Repatha has won this battle and Leqvio is dead. Expect much bigger layoffs than just 50%.
So you’re predicting adjacent territories going from 4 to potentially 1 rep in some cases?

Sounds like a Repatha rep trolling… you forget we have pelacarsen coming out.

Not trolling, but so what?
What are your expectations of Pelacarsen?
Do you think it will fill 25% of the void Entresto leaves behind, on its best year?
You do understand that there will be competition, and the current injectable options do impact Lp(a) to a measurable degree.
You also understand that Leqvio has been such a gross abomination that they are never going to trust this sales force with Pelacarsen, right?
To be clear, I do not think that Leqvio is the fault of the field, but have you seen one member of senior management step-up and take ownership of it?
Do you really think they are about to start now?
You should believe anything you need to believe to get you through the day, but this is going to a monster bloodbath when they finally get around to doing it.

A monster bloodbath on a product they spent 9 billion on? Tone down the drama dude.

Whatever they do, the cuts won’t be deep enough. Never are. Will still be too many people trying to access an office.
Unfortunately, half of those people are managers. The number of field rides these goons do tells me there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. If they’d get out of our way and Novartis would put the money into IC instead of ruining our relationships with these field rides, Leqvio would be a blockbuster.
