Maybe if you stop getting high, you will then be able to use the common sense God Gave you to know when something can’t be true. And it will stop you from posting stupid comments on cf.

Its not how this affects the entire organization, but how it affects him.

Anyone at or above VP thinks first of themselves.
By definition that is not a leader- this place is and always has been toxic from the VP level up!
 






id guess announcement if you are downsized would Be by nov1 so they can get headcount down before Jan 2020. That’s based on the 60 day rule if you lay-off over 500 people. Or over 1/3 of a division.
I have not heard a word on any details on the lay-off.
 
























The 8-K filing which indemnifies the execs has a timeframe: it cannot be revised from 2 months BEFORE a big action, to 2 years AFTER. The filing happened on September 24, so to be covered by this filing, they will announce their actions (restructuring, bankruptcy, sale, etc.) no later than November 22. By that time, the CMS case should be decided, and progress will hopefully happen with MNK tying into the Purdue bankruptcy to indemnify themselves from future opioid litigation.

In short, it’ll be over before Thanksgiving.

Good data = Acthar works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.

Acthar is still difficult and resource consuming to get and still is over priced at $40K/vial.
 






its a good thing I didn’t leave when people started saying the end is near (2 years ago). I’ll still be here making great money and selling a great drug (Acthar) 2 years from now!!)

Acthar rocks. Great efficacious product at a fair price. We do what’s right for the patient all the time. I mean our leaders cry at meetings over this shti.

Mallinckrodt MNK -7.14% PLC recently changed its severance-package policy to allow for departing executives of the drug company to receive lump-sum payouts instead of installment payments, and ensuring the policy endures should it change ownership structure, such as liquidating or reorganizing, filings show.

The changes include ensuring more than a year of salary upfront rather than installment payments for its C-suite, including two years of salary for the chief executive.

Never ceases to amaze me that you are surprised at these actions by a company that sells actfart. Managers no different than c suite, they will all take care of each other, you shouldn’t be surprised by this IF you open your eyes.
