He explained in his oh “so arrogant way” (one MF truly apprecites) why all the analysts don’t know what they are talking about. What is funny is that he is so wrong. He has and had no clue. He just got lucky when it was high. Can we sue executives for blatant lies. I mean blatant flat out lies. HO has lied multiple times. MT is the worst. He lies every investor call. I have 5 of those recorded. He lied at least 7 x I can count. Blatant lies and deception to investors. Can we sue?

id guess announcement if you are downsized would Be by nov1 so they can get headcount down before Jan 2020. That’s based on the 60 day rule if you lay-off over 500 people. Or over 1/3 of a division.
I have not heard a word on any details on the lay-off.
 
























The 8-K filing which indemnifies the execs has a timeframe: it cannot be revised from 2 months BEFORE a big action, to 2 years AFTER. The filing happened on September 24, so to be covered by this filing, they will announce their actions (restructuring, bankruptcy, sale, etc.) no later than November 22. By that time, the CMS case should be decided, and progress will hopefully happen with MNK tying into the Purdue bankruptcy to indemnify themselves from future opioid litigation.

In short, it’ll be over before Thanksgiving.

Good data = Acthar works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.

Acthar is still difficult and resource consuming to get and still is over priced at $40K/vial.

Mallinckrodt MNK -7.14% PLC recently changed its severance-package policy to allow for departing executives of the drug company to receive lump-sum payouts instead of installment payments, and ensuring the policy endures should it change ownership structure, such as liquidating or reorganizing, filings show.

The changes include ensuring more than a year of salary upfront rather than installment payments for its C-suite, including two years of salary for the chief executive.
