3Q ends on Sept 27. The Ohio case starts Oct 21. Bankruptcy filing will happen in between those dates. They are just figuring out how to screw over the most people, so when they announce, they will already have their plan ready to go.

You think the scum running the company gives AF about anyone but themselves? They are pure greed and will fill their own pockets first. Once they don’t have enough to pay their own severance they sink the ship, anyone below VP levels will get nothing, while the “leaders” walk with millions. Congratulations you all made them incredibly wealthy!

well said. I wish I could disagree. Sitting at managers meeting. Sounds horrific. Trying to spin it. Won’t work. We have all heard it before. Rest of reps worth anything will jump. Most good ones are long gone. This place is absolutely cooked.

As employees and shareholders, can we file a lawsuit against Mark and Hugh for incompetent/felonious management and theft of MNK's valuation? We will be significantly impacted by bankruptcy via loss of jobs and income for our families, the employee base wants to make sure we personally bankrupt Trudeau and his cronies. They should not get away with stealing our money!!!! They should be kick to the street and become homeless residents of SF!

If you didn’t get a sense for the scum bag low life company you work for shortly after you started, you deserve to be jobless. Mnk is rotten to the core and it starts at the top.
 






I can’t understand why the board hasn’t dealt with Trudumb. It makes zero sense. I met him once in The mnk box at a rams game. It was a rare chance for a plant guy to meet the ceo. He came in and didn’t say a word to us grabbed some food and a beer and headed down to the sideline I’m told. One guy there even asked who was they guy who just came in and out.. ha! Trudumb couldn’t have cared less about meeting anyone. His girlfriend or wife not really sure, did stay and was present to talk too. What a shame. Best of luck to everyone.

True story...MT in an exec meeting leaned over and told one of brass, "sometimes I just have this anger inside of me and want to ring someone's neck...I do not actually like being around people."...sounds like the next profile on Mindhunter! No exaggeration and the sign of a true sociopath...what kind of person can destroy so many lives and a 150 year old institution with no remorse while bilking it for millions personally. Deplorable beyond words...The C-suite and BOD are all complicit and they know it. People ask why the BOD never acted...they were in on it the whole time that is why and were all friends of MT put there and paid with thousands of shares plus a nice 200K / year BOD stipend. Utterly corrupt...
 






I was actually just interviewing just a couple of weeks ago and decided not to move forward due to the possibility of Bankruptcy. Why in the hell are they hiring right now?? The manager was really nice but I hope to God someone didn’t quit a stable job to come to Mallinckrodt for that position. Smh...

What position and location did you interview for? The rumor is that their is a hiring freeze so I am surprised that you actually had an interview unless it is a temp position. They are looking into restructuring their severance policy which means for those who have been here for years might not get anything once they decide to let people go. Anyone that decides to take a position here at Mallinckrodt is insane especially if you currently have a job. Now if you are unemployed, take the job if Mallinckrodt offers you a position. You have to provide for your family. But if you have a stable job, I wouldn't take any job here at Mallinckrodt given that we are rumored to be hiring a bankruptcy firm. This means they will be looking to restructure the organization. That is a buzz word for massive layoffs. Knowing these guys they will let people go around the holidays. I am currently looking for a job so I can leave on my own terms and not theirs.

They should have removed the entire executive team years ago. The Board is all of MT friends and they have protected him and MH for years. The pipeline for SpecGx is a bust and it won't save us from even more lawsuits regarding the Opioid crisis. Good luck everyone this will be a wild ride and hopefully they will make the necessary changes for the future and that starts with new leadership. It is some good people here but most are two face assholes and will do anything to protect their position within the organization.

If they still plan to go through with the company split during a BK restructuring, I’d be worried if I worked at the Hazelwood, MO office. With Brands going to NJ and Generics to Webster Groves, suddenly that old corporate office is no longer needed.

If they decide to undo the split and treat all of Mallinckrodt as one company during the restructure, then everyone and everywhere becomes fair game. Good luck to everyone if that happens.
