CSA Openings

CSA reps are not trained on anything clinical. Just managed care patient ed patient assistant and such. Pay is 35-40. Great way to go for pharma where drug doesn't need strong detailing.

I am not a pharma rep either, but I am a college grad with lots of customer service experience.

I'm wondering if they'll consider more mature people, ie in their 40s? Although i know they can't discriminate....

Would appreciate honest, sincere replies. Thank you.

I sure hope so because that would include myself, too.

Question. So if there's no selling, are there tests at training, where if failing, you're sent home?

Apply online if you are interested the interviews are starting ver soon. No product training. Managed care info and background. The trainers work hard to best prepare everyone and yes there are tests. Good luck

Yes there are tests on the information you will need to present to an office. There is role playing at training. It is very much like a pharma rep but with no clinical information. Also , you are not responsible for sales or mkt share. Much lower salary.

So you're speaking with the office staff more than the doctor?

Does that mean you don't need Dr. signatures?
