You called it. Those that never got paid on intakes never will. This stalling on paying winners circle from last year was also a slimy plan. MP is a greedy pig that rewards his kids and fucks his employees over. Don't expect anything. Many are willing to help the OIG and FDA in their investigations. The end of employment with Vanda will only cause a massive amount of evidence to be handed over. The phony foundation, the internalizing of the hub into home office, selling as a sleep aid, demanding fanapt sales from non targets in dirt and the list goes on and on and on. And don't forget the ads showing fanapt as an akathisia cure. Worst company ever

How legit are these rumors that there are ongoing investigations? I’ve heard a NYC rep is meeting with DOJ tomorrow and a former Florida rep is talking with a lawyer and the FDA. We had a hold notice a few weeks ago for everything pertaining to Fanapt and Hetlioz promotion so it could be true. Thoughts? I hope these fuckers go to jail.

Not just a hold notice but retain everything including voice mail and texts going back several years. Who still has years old voice mails? Kim Juon Polymeropolous is about to go down. I feel for the fanapt team. What is this 3 pm acct mgr call?

It's a former NJ rep and the talk will be with the FBI.
 






3:00pm call for AMs will be Tom and Christine assuring us that NSR cuts were necessary and that AM Jobs are safe. Keep selling and all that, IC plan is coming. Managers already called teams telling them to be positive on the call, no griping or negative questions - keep it all positive.
 






It wasn't that long ago that GP stood in front of the managers and talked about phenomenal growth and expansion because of hetlioz with psychs. So, Pinocchio what gives? Too many payots say fuck this, this patient isn't blind? Or too many intake forms lost in CEO or Jan's offices? How much patient info did they sell?

Shit, being locked out is not a good sign. I’m sorry guys.

Here is a tip. Go on your tablet and you should still be able to access outlook offline. Go to settings and “export” data file - you can open that on another computer so you will have a backup of al of your emails in case you need them for anything - sales numbers, rankings, customer list OR anything that was shady to give to the FDA. Once that tablet is gone you’ll have a hard time getting that info.
 






Also, balls move here but something to think about. If you are locked out of email, you gotta figure call is coming soon. BEFORE it does, don’t you have an errand to run or an office that just won’t wait until tomorrow? Be careful when walking down the stairs at that office, if you tripped you’d probably have to go out on workers comp for a while (by law they cannot reach out to you while on medical leave) and they’d never be able to call you.

HR could still probably call but stay out as long as possible on worker's comp or disability or whatever!
