People are being put on "skills enhancement " plans left and right, we are being excessively pushed to sell Hetlioz, which is supposed to be an orphan drug . So much shadiness here. No communication for our Hetlioz intakes, yet we aren't allowed to call Hetlioz solutions. "Fill out a spreadsheet for Hetlioz updates", which do not get answered. I am embarrassed to walk into offices representing Vanda. This company is ruining our good reputations as respected sales reps. Great reps are being put on all kinds of warnings/plans for both Hetlioz and Fanapt. Reps aren't being paid for some of their legit intakes. There is ZERO accountability from the home office execs, zero managed care support, and they blame everything on the reps. This company is horrible.
