Accurate data doesn't include a "capture rate" excluding a bunch of big accounts in certain territories which helps to bolster their share. This is not accurate data so try again. The only reason people are going to sing the song that it IS accurate is bc all the sudden they're on top now and you know it.
 




IC is alot better this yr with real factual objective data now in DDD.
All of us reps are just waiting for our ERD to F it up like everything he has done the past 2yrs being on board.
Past experience of him the last 2yrs is that the odds are very high he will F up positive progress and moral.
He always has in his career and always will. Seems to be his faulty nature.

You all except 1 rep have avoided inside of the hospitals outside of a pharmacy call like the plague, and had 3-4x inflated fake treatment rate (150% 175% lmfao) because you manipulated OP Pharmacy getting double volume credit then triple treatment rate because zero patients captured in Out Patient.
Selling loading dose & give Pax so they can buy & bill 100% of the free drugs the NE states has provided the past 2yrs. (That's a little ILLEGAL per laws)
So you are whining and crying now that you have to actually work inside the hospital as a hospital rep.
Just compare your volume now vs last year.
The triple & quadruple credit is bye bye.

I agree DDD is definitely better data but that's not all it is. They also factor in claims and 867 which once again muddies it down. Listen, I'm thrilled right now becauseI'm finally higher in the ranks just like many others but I still think they're playing with these numbers. Don't get too comfy my friend because things can change on a dime. I get it, it feels good to finally be up but this data is very questionable at best.
 








Because you NEVER had market share. You had treatment rage which was hospitalizations not market basket. And when you are a nursing home and out patient infusion rep you have zero hospitalizations. You really thought your 120% in 2023 was market share??? Impossible to be over 100% you gamed the system doe 2 yrs and now we are seeing who REALLY sales in the hospital with market share within hospitalization.
Sorry you now have to work and actually work in the hospital since you are a "institutional hospital rep" well you should be. Enjoy the truth

Hospitalizations were wrong last year because a lot of hospitals weren't reporting which def boost some people up. The years prior though, hospitalizations were mostly accurate. The methodology is still severely skewed especially since there are some really big accounts that aren't even capturing meaning they aren't helping or harming overall marketshares. When all the accounts are 100% capture rate or at least 95% then you'll have a more accurate number but we're nowhere near that now. Also filtering out pred for covid isn't even close to accurate which will also greatly skew the share.
 




We are only measured by our IC accounts anyway. While my Q1 was in the middle, the accounts I am measured on are accurate cuz of the 80% threshold . Btw most capture rates avg only 60-65% so you will never get 100% across the board.

So get out of your flex part time days and stop going to WA to visit family and just work the hospitals that you have not been doing. If you want to be a LTC rep then this rep job is not for you.
You all spend more time trying to figure out how to game the system than actually working the hospital. Just work or retire. You know who you are and all the reps in the nation know the AF & BB cancer.... just toxic.
KB & PU need a raise or promotion just for putting up with your nonsense constent bit@*#&". They are sick of hearing you complain as is the entire region & nation.
If we had any leadership, you would have already been managed out accordingly.

Our weeklies this week already show the manipulative impact with the whiners who never sold anything. Fell into NE accounts taking free VKY from Covid Relief funds and reselling for 100% profit ! Zero work by the reps on this illegal activity that will get Gilead fined for supporting.
These reps are the worst cancer pot stirring whiners ever. A few from the ATL region also are whiners. You didn't see the West complain for 2yrs being at the bottom.
Reeks manipulation, cover up, & favoritism.
 




OP illegal account activities selling free meds with Gilead RD & rep support, needs to be turned into HQ HR asap. Like next week!

It's Kevin knowing and allowing this while putting Gilead at huge risks. The NE RD needs to be reprimanded for encouraging and supporting these abuse of taxpayers funds.
