It's been a mess under M & KC "non-leadership". The latter is just a walking mess professionally and personally. No business sense, strategy, judgement or decision making while thinking he knows everything.All I want to know is whose idea was this Jan 16th day? Biggest cluster and waste of time I've ever seen. WHY does this division make everything so complicated? Someone is trying to impress our new leader apparently and they think this "brilliant" way of preparing for the meeting is the way to do it? This leadership team is so self-serving. They don't really care about the bottom line and what's really going to impact business. And then they wonder why we have so many people leaving and many trying to leave. Leadership (including even some RD's) just can't get out of their own way. Nightmare continues and even gets worse and worse in ways.
And just look at the 2 RDs he hired, one is clueless and should never be leading people or women while the other is trying to make reps primary care office base reps instead of IDN specialists.
Everything the past 18 months, from turnover to business plans & trackers to all the virtual mtgs is result M & KC.
The NSM has been a moving cluster of contradiction info.
With 1 month in the books can someone tell me how we are going to get paid 1st quarter as it's as clear as the CA fog.
