Covid division IC plan SUCKS- Industry Worse

All I want to know is whose idea was this Jan 16th day? Biggest cluster and waste of time I've ever seen. WHY does this division make everything so complicated? Someone is trying to impress our new leader apparently and they think this "brilliant" way of preparing for the meeting is the way to do it? This leadership team is so self-serving. They don't really care about the bottom line and what's really going to impact business. And then they wonder why we have so many people leaving and many trying to leave. Leadership (including even some RD's) just can't get out of their own way. Nightmare continues and even gets worse and worse in ways.
It's been a mess under M & KC "non-leadership". The latter is just a walking mess professionally and personally. No business sense, strategy, judgement or decision making while thinking he knows everything.
And just look at the 2 RDs he hired, one is clueless and should never be leading people or women while the other is trying to make reps primary care office base reps instead of IDN specialists.
Everything the past 18 months, from turnover to business plans & trackers to all the virtual mtgs is result M & KC.
The NSM has been a moving cluster of contradiction info.
With 1 month in the books can someone tell me how we are going to get paid 1st quarter as it's as clear as the CA fog.
 




So what is our IC plan in 2024? We got a lot of double speak & inaccurate info from our ERD. None of us reps can tell you other than the split of 100%.
I ask 2 RDs, and they don't know either with one saying it is not complete yet which is totally insane! Who is making these decisions

KC said at the meeting we'll be choosing specific accounts to be paid on which is the most idiotic way to run a hospital team. This has got to be the dumbest leadership team in all of Pharma as far as running a hospital team. I have NEVER seen anything even close to being this off the mark. are they trying to run us off? Do they really think we can just go into the same accounts over and over every week?? What is wrong with them?

I agree!! Initial plan sounds full of hole’s especially targeting specific accounts and ignoring others. But I am sure the NE region is already looking for loopholes to take advantage during the breakout

Clueless *#,$ for brains. It is the 10 IDN Systems. 1 IDN might have 5 hospitals.
Maybe your the one that doesn't know how to work on the hospital as MOST Hospital division only call on a few select systems anyway. You are not Primary Care calling on every name on a door. Clueless

Now this part of K & M clueless brains is stupid. If going to have a Regional component then it should not be more than 30% as it is out of our control. If a rep is in the Top 5 nationally but on an average region they drop in overall rankings to 50%tile,

News flash, a company only uses STEM to evaluate the viability of a division. It is the only reason they pay 7 figures to this vendor. Sad thing is they will be talking & doing field rides in the West & NE so we are doomed. Kite did STEM & 6 months later had layoffs. Cardio & CF did STEM then within a year Gilead dissolved them.

You are defensive, and rightfully so given you can not get hired by anyone else due to your narrow mind. Fecal for brains, all one has to do is look at our previous divisions with Gilead.
