Paralysis by analysis. The distractions are mind numbing. Even primary care sales usually has some effective way to measure performance.

This division’s leadership can’t get out of its own way. Good thing for the company Remdesivir is effective and the only real option for hospitalized patients—and luckily the demotivating and strange culture doesn’t seem to be impeding sales.
 




All I want to know is whose idea was this Jan 16th day? Biggest cluster and waste of time I've ever seen. WHY does this division make everything so complicated? Someone is trying to impress our new leader apparently and they think this "brilliant" way of preparing for the meeting is the way to do it? This leadership team is so self-serving. They don't really care about the bottom line and what's really going to impact business. And then they wonder why we have so many people leaving and many trying to leave. Leadership (including even some RD's) just can't get out of their own way. Nightmare continues and even gets worse and worse in ways.
