Covid-19

Figures #45 supporter.
The problem at Taro begin with it's leaders. Taro employs bullies and has allowed them to lead for years. They gossip, spread malice and target employees. An HR department who know very well who the key players are, but they're celebrated instead of reprimanded. That place surpasses all levels of toxic. There are a few on 2 who I can't believe still have jobs there. Boy's club running strong.

The pandemic has been handled horribly by the company. They should be ashamed of themselves.

People with young children should not have to be exposed to what is running rampant in the office now.

It’s no different than being in sweatshops during the early 1900’s in NYC.

Legal officials say you cannot get fired if you do not feel safe.

It’s time to go full virtual again.

Hallway face to face conversations are apparently getting us sick.

This is concerning. Most don't feel safe.
I noticed some don't where masks. And where are the cleaning people?

What about the assholes with their masks below their nose?

Why even bother, the nose is the bodies air filter.

Maybe it’s gods way to say lose some weight if you cannot breathe.

The cleaning people are non-existent.

They really want people to die. “do more with less”

treasurer? He's been sick on head for a long time with dementia and paranoia. Yet, they keep him and let make decisions on return-to-the-office . Maybe 'cuz upper management doesn't want to get their hands dirty.
He's not working within todays times. If he doesn't get it, the search needs to continue. Expect more resignations '22.

Someone will die of COVID because the dictators negligence. I mean who is running this asylum.

The Treasurer is now the CFO, so if you were expecting things to get better regarding bullying and Covid safety protocols, then you will need to quit because it ain't gonna happen.

Totally aghast by the lack of sympathy, empathy, and humanity shown by the CEO’s office and Human Resources during the whole pandemic.

The true colors have come out during the recent spike of positive cases.

Bad enough we face the rigors and stress of a understaffed workload added with unrealistic goals and deadlines.

I guess profits over people is the mantra we kind of did not want to believe, but now we see the true colors have come out.

No we did not need names of our brethren that have been stricken, but it would nice to have been contact traced or maybe aware that we might have been exposed.

What a shame it is to walk with blinders on.

Communication is key for an organization to flourish. If it can’t come from command central, how does one expect the peasants to try to lead.

Hopefully in 2022 the “ostriches” will remove their heads from the sand, not sugar coat crisis’, and become true leaders.

Happy, Healthy New Year to those who fight the battles day-to-day. May you all prosper in the upcoming year.

May God Bless you and may the hand of Jesus lead you to better. We all deserve better, no?

With all these variants, I would just close the office until 2026.

Sorry Satan, we are putting collaborating with colleagues in the hallway, with masks on nonetheless on hold.

What’s the point ?

Even better, close the Westchester office for good. Fired everybody. Move all relevant services (if there are any) to Princeton. No more free lunches off SUN. Bring you bad karma to Appleby's or Dykes Lumber.

That would be the perfect idea if the Princeton office was somewhat normal. The SUN CP board is quite the entertainment.

I don’t think many would oppose closing the Westchester office. Many think the building is cursed since it was built on an ancient burial ground. I am sure American run companies like Dykes and Applebees are great to work for.

So stop talking shit for years and do it. Perfect timing. If you haven't heard plenty of jobs all over the country. It's phony leaders like you who make the company a shifty place. Problems are not the company, it's the leaders who create the environment. Ass.
