It’s not the company, it’s the managers. The are the ultimate worst. When they cannot figure out something they delegate it to those that report to them to figure it out. The managers are great at surfing the internet and playing with their phones I must say. Cheerio.

OSHA makes that decision not the Prez. His "decision" is basically a suggestion. Employers and lawmakers are expected to challenge the suggestion for many reasons. There are exemptions. Educate yourself and know your rights. For those who do choose the vaccine, NY state requires employers to provide PTO time to get vaccinated.
