Let's face it, most of the reps have found ways to "show" sigs, but we know otherwise. 70% isn't very hard to do if you have the "technique" down.

Just leave. We don't need contract reps to sample drop and keep us from getting signatures. All u do is restrict real reps access

Yep, we keep you from leaving one bottle of Bystolic. Can you cram one more in the bin? After seven reps have been thru the offices that will sign for samples? This is becoming a farce. The contract reps have the same pressure for sits each day and now have figured out which drs will willingly sign. Forest will be the reason more offices close to reps. Seven! Calling on the same targets

Contract reps exist because Forest direct reps lack the necessary experience. If any layoffs occur I believe Forest reps go before the contract reps do. Why? Contract reps have the ability to cover a larger territory, most are former reps w/larger pharma w/more experience. Most contracts pay less but w/forest pay is same because Forest’s current teams don’t deserve further compensation.

Forest reps are the best. We have never had a layoff because we are so good we sell all of our products. You get in our way and keep us from getting sigs. We are better without you.
