Not a contract rep, over a decade here-buddy, you're very wrong
Loser,
Not a contract rep, over a decade here-buddy, you're very wrong
I am no loser. I work for forest, putz
I've done both contract and Forest. Guess what? My contract also said we'd all be rolled over. But that didn't happen. Too many reps on the contract and the company paying for the contract (not Forest) didn't want to go through the hassle of figuring out who was worth hiring and who wasn't. So, they cut us all at the same time. Then, guess what? A year later that same company hired another contract sales force. It's just a game and you CSOs are pawns. Our contract rep is pretty dumb. He's unwilling to work with our team. When I've called him to inform him of new information around 1 or 2 he was obviously not working. Once, when my manager was with me we tried to meet up with him, but he refused saying he had early dinner plans. I mean I can see him saying that to the team, but to the manager? What an idiot. That'll be the day he's rolled over, since I'm sure my hiring manager will be the hiring manager for whatever rollover may or may not happen. The stupid thing is, he said he's always dreamed of working in pharma. What a loser. Nobody dreams of working this job. We all do what we have to every day, then go home and live a good life. And by the way. We regular reps aren't begging for signatures. It's true, we have a quota, but we are well liked in the offices. I never have to beg. I always have more signatures than I need because offices like me. Try that you loser CSOs.
How could you make a blanket statement saying that all forest reps are well liked. Forest reps are hated in my area. Why? Because they beg for fucking signatures and will sit in large offices until all 5 drs sign. They all sound like programmed robots and overload offices with unneccessary samples.

Most forest reps came from copier sales or enterprise and now you ass-wipes want to think you are better than me. I would put my talents against any forest rep I have seen. I listen to my so called partners and they are not impressive at all. These people act like grade schoolers trying how to figure out how to get signatures. I got an idea, go work at UPS. That's where forest should ge their next group of sample droppers. My old companies reps would treat you like our bitches. People can't help if companies downsize. It very may well happen here. Be careful who you talk bad of, you may be begging me for a job some day soon. I got an idea, go F yourself.
I am a specialty rep and I feel the same way about territory reps.
I got a bae of 57 but had to fight for it. Yes the contract reps fall under the same 70%-80% sample to signature rule. Contract reps overlay two different districts which is challenging to work around at least a dozen other schedules...its a mess, but its a job (not a career) take it only if you are desperate.
What kind of stupid company is this? 70-80% sample rule? Seriously? What a bunch of idiots! I have years of experience (thankfully not with Forest) and I can tell you that other companies don't do that! I probably get 3-4 signatures a day and I am out there selling - not collecting signatures!!!!! That is the difference between the respected companies and Forest!
