We are treated differently. As we overlap with two diff territories which may mean overlap with two diff DMs as well. Some of my Forest counterparts have been sending me their calendar appointments but not all. With eight reps overlap it feels impossible to try and schedule lunches and sample appointments.
I think their is a contract rep in every pod although the rep Amy be shared like I said above.
No signatures per day requirement. If we had one it would be impossible as the sample bins for the majority of offices are overflowing with Forest products.
ALL co promotes with FRX have a signature per day requirement, this is non negotiable and if you do not be a good monkey and get your fake sigs, you are fired. The signature quota per co promote partner is mandatory as this is how the contract works. Any company that co promotes with FRX has to guarantee forest a certain amount of sig's per territory per day or they do not get paid on the milestone and the contract is null. This is common knowledge, and has never been a secret, it is actually used a management tool, DAILY!
Finally a logical post, and many of the contract reps make more than the forest rep who they are "parter'in" with....the forest joke continues....motel 6 of pharma for a reason. And yes, signatures are a requirement metric for bonus.
False. No sig requirement yet. That will probably come Q2. We are definitely monkeys though and are supposed to make 12 calls a day on scattered 'a' targets throughout huge geographies. This company is a complete dump and the only people who are happy here are people without prior pharma. Sometimes I want to shake my forest counterparts and tell them to calm down bc they are so scarred by this company's fucked up culture.
how long is the contract for?/ and will they pay more than 55k if i have more experience in pharma??
what is the call average requreied per day? And are they checking the times of the sigs>>
Who cares. I have not heard of, or seen my contract rep yet. No disrespect intended. Would love to know who this person is. I do know of another territory where they have already caught the contract rep just making up calls.
Contract reps always have targets on their backs. It is the easies person to accuss of screwing up the territory either by saying the wrong thing or going in the offices on the same day as the full time rep. Tough and completely thankless job and paid accordingly. only take the job if yuou need the job really bad other wise it is an exercise in controlling you anger!

A year with possibility of moving to Forest spot in 6 months (if Icahn wins, all bets off) if one opens in your territory. Nope, 55k. After couple months ten per day and all signatures are time stamped but that report is rarely used against anyone unless you're under scrutiny or admit to not working full days.
