Was asked last week what working at Alshitty was like.
Hard for anyone to understand just how bad the management is there. Some of it was not to be believed, even after pulling up the Glassdoor rating.
The BJ in the parking lot was (maybe?) mutual consent. The cornholing with the broomstick is purely one sided.
I have waved three people off from even looking at Allshitty as a possible place to work.

If someone wants to know how bad it is here, you could ask them to read all of the Glassdoor reviews, but that would take a very long time. I propose this instead: see the rewritten words to the R.E.M. song "End of the World" below. Excluding a brief into and "the repeating part" the song was rewritten almost exclusively using the titles of Glassdoor reviews from the last few years.

I had planned on a few more edits to this (my boss walked in on my twice in the last two weeks and almost caught me, so I've had to lay low). Plus, I was fully expecting the rating to drop a mere 0.1. Oh well. Given what seems like a perfect lead in, I'll simply post it now, even though I'd prefer to do a bit more to refine.

Unfortunately, you didn't think that career change through. My guess is that you're still having to deal with Alcami leadership on a regular basis, especially if the fellas from America's dairyland are in town.

If he is dancing for them in a gay bar there is a chance of getting paid. Working at allshitty that was not am option....bonus promised but never given. Abuse and lies do not qualify as benefits and that is all that allshitty can give.

I fully agree the staff is unhappy. I don't (directly) blame SK for that.

At the GT site level, most of us have almost zero interaction with anyone on the ELT. We deal daily with the site leaders, and over the last three years about 100 employees have left. (May be more). IMHO, all of that can be credited to one person....Patient Zero. If Ashley Madison wants to stem the rampant turnover, all they need to do is to do is a bit of detective work.

What bullshit. Look, they emulate Ted. All of them. They hired people, and promoted people, who would go with his "style". That goes for Chad and the GT asshole Adam. And Little Stevie is not off the hook, the head (pun intended) rots the rest of the crew. Little Stevie thinks he's smart and cool. I have had to deal with customers after he has flown in with his smelly euro-powered charm - some think he's crazy, others an asshole. I'm particular to both.
Not sure how many on these boards have been privvy to the tirades from these idiots, starting with Stevie's little boy tantrums (which are followed by some really wonderful "jokes"). The term unprofessional doesn't do their micromanaged, worthless metric beat-downs justice. And the longer these morons hang together the more they try to outdo each other with bullshit. Ted is the worst, though. He's so smart because all the smart people have left, I guess. Chad is on his way and Adam certainly has no friends in GT. And finance is in the same boat, they just push numbers. They are losing headcount, too.
Let's get real, you don't have to be Dick Tracey to figure this shit out. They are losing customers they will not get back for a long, long time. Time for another audit, let's bury some more bodies and smile!

This will be a familiar to those aware of the players. Who cares where Chad goes, he's a Lonza-man and he loves himself almost as much as Ted loves himself. Adam is a lifer for cheese-land, he has been at that site for 15 years. Smart enough guy but doesn't listen. Micro-managers rarely do. Zero people skills other than the ability to be a game show host. After meeting Ted a few years ago, I could see he gets off on intimidating people. So he's stuck in his little Napoleon world. Carson heads up Koowality, which is also a joke. He couldn't find his backside with a map and a flashlight. Another guy who ignores what people really see him as. He was a Lonza guy who worked with Stevie on blowing up the east coast site. And the shaman running finance is going to lose even more people. They had a really good guy in GT who left a few months back, I heard HR asked him not to talk about it with other staff. Does anyone wonder why? The whole organization runs through project managers like there is no tomorrow. Many of them just quit. Oh, did I mention HR? That is another Carson brilliant move. They farmed that out to a contractor buddy of his. You can guess what the outcome is with that adventure. Seriously, HR writes 4 and 5 star reviews on Glassdoor, and the FUCKING RATING is STILL BELOW 2.
Well, if the FDA is half as observant as Lachman (and trust me, the FDA Lachman Club talks to their ex partners at the FDA) there is no reason to wonder. Little Stevie wets his pants when they are around, but puffs up when he talks to subordinates about them. What a phony piece of shit. Of course all his little minions do the same. He never wants to make sure the sites are ready for audits, he is sold on the A+ rated genius bullshit squad he has assembled.
Worst management team I have seen in the business, by far.

Adam repeats the same line of shit year after year, that is why he sounds like he knows what he is doing. As far as other skills, for instance engineering, he's good at fires and explosions apparently.
