Complete Employee Disaster

Yes and getting smaller every day. ONE UP SIDE: Spinning of the G-town API site in October reduced the amount of bitching on this board. The European site was sold before G-town.

Alcami was screwing G-town since March. We were working on fumes and the only thing that matter was appearance. Alcami didn’t understand API manufacturing and we were the black sheep.
On the upside we’re no longer Alcami.

You are free, be happy. If you are very lucky the new owners will not be A-holes like the last ones. Not likely but there is always hope.

I feel sorry for the poor bastards still at all crappy.....still a shit hole little company and always will be a third rate bottom feeder.

He is back.

Wonder if PW will do another merger/acquisition deal so he can get another big payday?

GT was such a great deal!! We can only look forward to what comes next.

It reminds me of that old saying :

"Fool me once....."

I started this thread after leaving Alcami in 2017. I worked there a few months and simply could not take it anymore.
40% site turnover, I do not think we ever got back to being 25% understaffed. People working 50-70 hour weeks and still getting battered, criticized, demeaned.
The ELT was horrible, starting with Little Stevie. Never in my life have I heard a leader cuss out a site director like he did. His personal actions are legendary (in the parking lot with her head buried in his lap while everyone looked on from the second floor). The tools of the trade were handed down to his dream team. Ted, Carson and Syed were all terrible people. Carson wrote a book about management, and begged lackeys and family to endorse on Amazon. What creeps they all were.
I am retired now and the scars are fading. In all my time I have never seen such a horrible place to work. It is almost as if they did not want to make money.
Coming up on 4 years and nothing has changed.
Wow.
Good luck, peons.

Don't you want to come back to allcrappie? They have jalepeno lube now. PW and crew are nice.

Is this shit hole still in business?

I was offered a VP role there back in 2016 - something about the shifty-eyed execs there made me very uneasy and I passed on their offer; they just could not look me in the eye when responding to my pointed questions on company culture and history, why there was high turnover, etc

Looking at the posts here, glad I stayed away from this dubious enterprise

Another one bites the dust, this time in Germantown. Quality must be top heavy with this one getting the heave ho (snicker, snicker). Corporate will lose another one by the end of the year. What a joke this place is when surviving a year is a milestone.
Hey, that was me. And it wasn't a year, it was three months. And I didn't get the heave ho, I quit. In Gandia's office with Carson staring me down I just told them the place was fucked. And the only reason it was fucked was this management crew, the ELT. I have been in the business 35 years and have never seen a worse senior management group. Treated people like shit, day in and day out. The crowning moment was Sublett flapping his gums on how the skeleton crew in Quality had to work harder because they were a CDMO. That guy couldn't find his ass with a flashlight and a map. He tried to say something to me when I was getting my papers and I told him to shut the fuck up. What a horrible place to work, I don't even put it on a resume.

PS - I have since met a couple of other survivors, neither worked there more than 2 years and both same the same thing.

How is it now that PW is gone?

Still taking it dry or are you now getting lube? That would be helpful as the contraction of outsourcing continues and layoffs increase.

I check into this forum from time to time. It warms my heart to see the few months I spent with Allcrappy were really what I thought they were - a walk through hell.
I would have thought the dysfunction would leave with the absolute horror show that was the ELT. They treated people like less than shit. Guess not. Maybe the place is built on an Indian burial mound and is full of evil.

Maybe not.
