Approaching my 3 year anniversary. After leaving. Decided to see whats up. Looks like nothing changed. Except of course every employee (guessing here) except a few at the top and some low level peeps who either dont giveafuck or have no other options. Keep on truckin’.Hard to believe it has been 3 years. No more nightmares, PTSD events all a thing of the past.
GT still a mess, I suspect. It is hard in a CDMO environment to reverse the attrition rate because that involves money - getting talent, training talent, retaining talent - and building systems. It will always be the MASH unit of the industry.
Too bad, I really liked the surroundings. And with APIs coming back to the US, this could really be a gold mine.
