Let me see if I have this correct. Late last year and earlier this year Kala went ahead and sent letters out to companies basically saying: you can’t hire our people. So many of us that could’ve jumped off this sinking ship are now stuck here while it’s going down faster than the Titanic. Not only that but now managers are encouraging reps to look, to update their resume, and to find another job....!?

No one is drinking the koolaid. Come even managers are telling us to always have our resumes ready, what else do you want them to do? To be real, everyone has been looking for months, if you have something better you should take it
