Can someone that works at Regeneron please give some info regarding the company culture?Small pharma feel? Big pharma micromanagement feel? Based on the interview process, it seems like this place is run like big pharma.

The culture is that Executive Management is ALWAYS right, talks down to everyone on Commercial Teams and gets off on making People work their asses off only to belittle them in front of their Peers. One word- TOXIC

The large base salaries are a double edged sword. Nice to get the money, but so much extra garbage and Regeneron makes me feel like they own my schedule. Just not much down time here.

Arrogant, condescending from the top.
They think they are the only successful start up!
Under title and under pay people.
Soon to be another big pharma- probably will get bought by Sanofi
shortly after Praluent launch

These posts pretty much cover it! A whole lot of leadership who clearly hates their roles, needs to get laid really badly and is unwilling to think out of the box in any way- but wants sales reps to be innovative- HA!

They don't want the reps to be innovative. They have a compliance presentation at every meeting. They actually manage ultra conservative approaches which is really nice. They don't push the reps to do stupid bullshit "tactics" and "strategies".

Came on for the Praluent launch. Thought this was going to be biotech culture. Sanofi definitely running the show. Such a big disappointment. Sanofi would have been the last company I would have ever wanted to work for. And here we are...Sanofi culture and daily operations with a Regeneron company name. Sad. Very, very disappointing.

Total Big Pharma culture. However, where else will you go in this industry with a pipeline like Regeneron. Every leader brought in for Cardiometabolics are from Big Pharma and this is their first biotech experience. These guys, and I mean guys because there are no women in senior leadership are total Big Pharma heads culturally yet will be selling true biotech products. Sanofi culture is Regeneron culture.

I came from working at more than one big pharma in my past. Regeneron is anything but big Pharma. Even with Sanofi influence, it is still small in feel, and very different than Sanofi. I like it!
