Yes, but don't ask me where. We started with 147 and now there are 139. The HSS posting at our website dates back to August. Now, the focus is keeping top performers from jumping and we all know an example of that in Cali.
 






Collapsed territories all over. The reps who get these free accounts are basically handed free money ($1/vial) and then get credit for new record sales weeks and they shoot up the rankings. At this point, good for them. We all need to grow however we can.

A few reps at the top right now were given good accounts (already on formulary, easy to work) from collapsed territories because they are the RBDs favorite. Not fair, but that's how he operates. He has the highest turnover of any region (at least 40%) because of the way he and his managers treat reps. Can you believe that? Over 40% of the reps in his region have quit in a year old company!!! Some quit without even having jobs. In any quality company, he would be on a PIP for lack of retention. Not to mention his region is always last in sales. But, guess what? He is a platinum member in Randy's good old boy club, so nothing will ever happen to him. THAT is the way this company operates and THAT is a big reason this company is failing!!!

WOW! I have a family member in HR at another company, and they said industry average for turnover is around 10%. They said something must really be wrong if turnover is 40%.
 






Something is wrong but it is with his counting. I am in the southeast and 40% is totally incorrect. 20 people did not leave the region in the first year. it was high but spare us the drama and hysteria

REALLY? All the reps in my district who got "free" established accounts from dissolved territories all hit new highs and rocketed into the growth vials for even more free money in Q2. This pushes me down in the rankings???? Not the reps fault, as any of us would take free accounts, but not offsetting impact to others is not fair. The free accounts gave tons of growth. How can we compete? Talk about right place at right time. It's a $15,000 growth ride for free on top of base vials.

Just frustrating for us who are doing same work without free accounts. Therefore, without free $$$$$ ride in growth vials, why try? Since total commissions equals presidents club and stock options,,,, why bother to compete?

Yes I agree. I am very upset over this is as we all know even maintaining the numbers you already have is a CONSTANT struggle. The new ranking system is completely unfair and I have decided to look at oth jobs now.
