That’s a fact. My old company penny pinched reps with low salaries but rep turnover is driven much more by weak leaders than low salaries.

The consistent theme with sucknvion is the same people who got us into this mess are the same people who were promoted and continue to fail. If you don’t have a job, you can come here to get a paycheck and benefits while searching for a better opportunity. The non-stop lies from management about how everything is great will continue.

I think everyone is trying to figure that out, whether to stay and wait it out or leave. We need a bridge drug.

There’s been some odd moves that don’t seem so odd if you think of cash flow and declining revenues for 2022.

Guess it depends on the manager. Latuda amazing drug to sell. Many of us have been here since launch.

just looked and there are quite a few openings. Could be a number of things
1. Mandatory vax as of Nov1
2. Latuda coming to the end of patent just over year left. Some will wait around to see what happens w sep856 if approved and launch 2024 some won’t and have left. (We need something to sell (2023) to get us to next drug.
3. Some reps suck and maybe finally cut loose
4. Psych is the only specialty where some providers still doing telemed from home.
5. Goals are so high very few hitting bonus over 100%

Hmmmmm as long as we’re being honest here.... you failed to list the biggest reason for the high rep turnover and that is incompetent leadership. It’s a downright embraasement.
