CNS Openings?

I would agree with the above. Most everything in pharma gets a spin tactic attached to it by leadership to avoid facing the reality of.bad leadership. Fact O Meter is rep turnover is the great equalizer and only speaks one universal language which calls out weak leadership.

Out West people are simply doing what is best for them. 2 retired, 1 had to move due to spouse losing job during Covid, 1 was afraid of metrics and 1 got a $30k raise (can’t blame them). I think the real turnover in the company is going to start soon as several companies prepare to launch their drugs in our space. When managers leave is when you’ll really see an impact on turnover.

During the reorg the West got screwed up. The geography changes made many territories almost impossible to want to work in. Most reps have to drive an hour+ just to get to their territory because nobody bothered to look at a map. That is the main reason people are leaving. The company got what they deserved. So many people are looking.

All examples of incompetent management which drives rep turnover. Thanks for the confirmation.

Look no farther than our VP’s who set the tone and direction leading to constant turn over. Until all of senior management is gone, high turn over will continue. Only HR is happy about the continued mass exodus as it gives them the appearance of being able to justify their jobs.

Would that be McDonalds, Burger King and Wendy’s? Each had the same kind management and opportunities as here. There was one perk Sunovion doesn’t have and that is, free meals!
