Does Medtronic have competent leadership? That may be the difference. This is par for the course for Zimmer. Leadership makes commitments that they pull out of their you know whats then saddle employees with the nightmare of trying to get it done. Then when it doesn't happen to their arbitrary plan, it makes the entire company look bad. What is the result, leadership demands to know why employees cannot 'deliver'.

funny! The word on the street was that the closing was happening today. So here we are, still sitting here waiting on this closing. This is so annoying, but I will promise you that the other large companies are going to learn from this debacle. Hey DD, are you now thinking it was smart to hold out for more money from SN.
