BS, they already ruled by extending the DPA for 1 year. Go back your your hole.

Have to love the disgruntled ex-employees opinion! We are all "dirty"! Seriously...nothing is coming out. The SEC and DOJ have nothing to do with the delay. Also get a clue! The only thing the government cares about is how big the check will be that they get from Biomet. You don't matter! You are nobody! None of us are! Move on...seriously! No one cares!
 






Been with Zimmer for a while but will be leaving soon. Good luck Biomet people, this culture is toxic and has been in a while. People are promoted by being able to suck up to the boss, not actually accomplish anything. Everyone is checked out or checking boxes to do the minimum. Had a good run but no way I can work in this environment anymore. Was hoping for a biomet change in culture, but don't think that will be possible.

As far as Zimmer reps, a lot of good ones have left, but a lot of good ones are still around. Too bad your leadership won't let you be successful. Oh and the pay sucks...for both companies.

Well apparently you are not going to wait and see what is going to happen. Considering the new management is pretty much all Biomet folks. So my guess is you either are already gone or are going to fired. Maybe one of the GE guys who screwed up the culture. Funny how those guys suck!

Now is not a good time to have GE associated with your name in ANY way. That style goes against everything Biomet stands for. Although I know there are a few still slithering around, there can't be many left. I doubt they will survive the new culture lead by Biomet. Definitely looking forward to the future.
 






















































They can't close until they get fixed all ftc approval. Once you see THAT in the news, then it will roll pretty quickly.
I wish the debacle would end, the toll it is taking on people's lives is enormous, yet neither management's seem to care.
 
























If you are a rep on the street, why do you need to know why it is taking so long? Just keep doing your job and sell something instead of worrying about when the deal will close. If you are good at your job and grow year over year you won't have anything to worry about. If you're worried about what will happen in the future you should have had a couple back up plans in place. I don't understand reps complaining about how long this it taking. Just shut up and do your job.
