If you are a rep on the street, why do you need to know why it is taking so long? Just keep doing your job and sell something instead of worrying about when the deal will close. If you are good at your job and grow year over year you won't have anything to worry about. If you're worried about what will happen in the future you should have had a couple back up plans in place. I don't understand reps complaining about how long this it taking. Just shut up and do your job.

You don't understand because you have never taken the risk. Just sit at your desk, take your bi-weekly paycheck generated by the reps you're ripping on and keep making your smug comments. If it were not for the reps, you wouldn't have a job you arrogant prick.
