OP: The "book" guy keeps promising action and most likely he works on it but there is never guaranty it will be done. Too many variables that have to fit together for a final result. We all hope he is succesful. When it does happen the BIG question is; what if anything it will do to BigPharmafia and/or the Novamafia that has hijacked this CO?
Hard to say but if I personally had to make a guess, not much. Our politicians everywhere do not respond to such efforts in terms of going after the culprits. The public may read it and get pissed off, anrgy, furious and so on. After a while it is over and Novamafiosi will continue with their nasty/criminal ways. The only benefit maybe that our author may sell lot of books and make some money, deservedly so.
This sad and simple scenario is all you need to know why your Co and any other BP co is not afraid at all of books, press articles, WBing and so on. UNLESS it is the courts of law that go after them on the basis of strong evidence they are doing criminal shit (which they do all the time).
Our own stroy in brief: We tried to get them with press, writers to do the book, suggesting these thing to them and so far nothing worked. Press was scared to go ahead (law suits against them with all the money Novamafia has), the potential book writer is dragging his ass (he wrote a major book already on BP) and we have not much hope it will happen. If it does we are going to the described scenario, and that is nothing to the wise guys at Nov. both in EH and Basel.
However, we still have the law enforcement option and some eager opposition politicians as final two options. We are thinking now that this was
the first and ONLY option we should have considered. With the evidence we have (scary stuff) we are quite sure that the federal authority will consider looking into the dealings of this Co. It will be up to them to go ahead or not. We are hopeful and quite sure it will happen. Every bit of evidence will be given to them and every testimony will be given, no holding back. It is high time someone does something abut this so far teflon covered company that does so much illegal stuff with impunity. No more you wiseguys in EH, Basel, Paris, Stocholm, Vienna, Montreal, Ljublana, you get it?
You had many opportunities to call us and offer apology with proper and elegant solution, but you failed for you are following your code of conduct, OMERTA. You will have to blame yourself for it and that includes your notorious BPO that is behind cover up and mistreatment of WBers and others who had done everything humanly possible to get this issue resolved, fairly and elegantly.
End of story, next step the feds.

I received a little verbal 'beat-down' from the right people and that is the only reason I have not shown more excerpts from my book.
I am truly sorry for the tease, but this process takes a lot longer than I anticapated.
Have no fear AND no doubt, this book has a committed top shelf publisher, and most definately will come to fruition. The real guts of the story cannot be revealed until my case comes out from under seal.
Once that happens, those left at Nvs may want to hang on, because it's going to be a bumpy ride. I will expose every nook and cranny, including names, dates, and money trails with documentation at the highest levels.
And one more thing, for those who think I am doing this for the money...
ALL my proceeds from this book will go to charity.

OP of this and top visiting WB of Nov. unite and few other top threads: Man I believe you and wish you best of luck in your mission. We have so few crusaders/activists left in this and other countries. For instance our young people do not rebel any more about anything including Iraq's illegal war etc. You get the message. Most employees just look the other way and go along with the Novamafia wise guys. You don't and I don't either. I am working on my case in different juristiction and am in process of informing the feds of our country and they will soon decide if they will go ahead with investigation of fraud, bribery and you name it misconduct done in the name of employees over many years.
Just by following these key threads (including Chicken..thanks for finding it) you can see how many are against any attempts to bring this monstrosity to justice. It is not easy and they still could get away as they did for over several decades of use of illegal, unethical and immoral business practices. They have developed this in-house crime to the level of an art and with hordes of crooked high priced lawyers (Stewart K one of them) they have managed to stay "legit" and clean and proper and honest and ethical and ... But in reality they are just another crooked, Bigpharmafia company.
