Chickens that read.

All right. Let's play chicken. Since you ARE a chicken I'll be a chef with a massive cleaver. So place your brainless head on this tree stump. We'll start the play and see who wins. Come on. That's it. Boom! Hey chicken, how come you head is there and your body is here. I guess you win.

I will bend over so as to let you place that massive cleaver in my
massive cleaver hole

Never let the bastards get you down,

RTBKPL

I'm not sure if that was a threat or just perhaps you used to work at a Tyson Chicken Slaughter Facility and still have some issues you are working out.

Either way my reply is simple...

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwk!

p.s. and if this is a threat towards our wb/author than...

Double Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwk!

Lighten up, sonny. This is funny stuff. But you is right. I worked at Tyson CSF when George Costanza was supposed to be transfeter by his boss from NY Yankees. We wanted to put him on alchoholic chicken drink detail. Didn't wok out unfortunately. They put me on it so I quit and became a drug rep for Nofartus. What a come down. Anyway the fake RTB.. at #41 has the right attitude. So get with it, sonny.
As for the WB/author he is safe with me. I invented this and many other top hit posts. So ain't reason to worry.

Sayin' don't worry, bout a thing, cuz every little thing, gonna be all right.

Attn: Novartis mgt and board,

Announce by 4/1/08 that you are ending your "speaker's bureau" program and I will never publish this book.

If you do not, I will use this in my book to show you were given a chance to do the right thing and chose not to.

You could be the moral trendsetter in this industry, or you can explain to Oprah, 60 minutes, Micheal Moore, and a long list of others how things get done at Novartis.

Please strongly consider this, I really would rather not go to war.
However, I am more than prepared to do so.

You have one month to make a decision, then the decision will be made for you.

You're a joke. I'm sure the bigs at Nofartus are shaking in their boots. Nothing you have said in all of your ramblings is going to bring any company to there perverbial knees. Publish your book. Hope you make millions...but i doubt it. It's all been hashed and rehashed by many others in print before. I'll agree that Novartis may do things that other companies wouldn't consider and probably needs to change. But nothing you do is going to make this happen. You have provided nothing that the average MD out there couldn't provide and I'm sure has provided. Vent and make yourself feel all warm and justified, but in the end, you need to get a life.

Not the soon to be writer of the book: He is not a joke. You may think and the bigs/assholes at Nofucktus may think but soon somebody will make them stop smiling and laughing as they fuck the whole world for they think they are untouchable. Hope this is the one and on top of it someone will come up with the same goods that did in Merck recently. There is no way N will continue to resitst, deny, evade, lie, BS, punish WBers and get away with anything and everything. The "bigs" are crooks and so called businessman that use both legal (for PR) and illegal (for bigger profits) ways of doing business. Why would you think that they would get away with this MO for ever. Or that enough has been said and revealed but no one care any more? It is that kind of attitude that lets them do what they do so well. And all those who carry out their orders without questioning them are as guilty as them. Just because they give you your pathetic (or not) jobs they are not entitled to such a loyalty that you would cover up their crimes for them and in fact be part by executing their criminal orders.
So to this writer just do it. The last poster is right on one aspect of this issue. Nofucktus bigs will NOT react or break their silence. They are at least semi-mafia organization that also has OMERTA as their secret and sacred code of conduct.
We know for a fact that right now in one of the NAFTA countries (let them guess if they are watching) there is a person who has made an agreement with a major paper that will expose the bigpharma in such a way that has never been done before. The experience from N and evidence that is shocking will be used as a base for a journalistic investigation. When the paper people saw just two memos issued by local and mational managers, they just said "Bingo, we have them".
So do not dismiss any attemt from those heros who have the guts and strong will to do the right thing. Unwillingness and inability to do the right thing is the very thing that Nov. bigs are counting on and that is also the main reason they continue to do their nasty stuff in spite of all the laws and moral values of our societies.
"The bastards have gotten away with too much for too long. Not any more"

My point is that none of this is new. Nothing has happened yet and a many have pissed and moaned about it over and over. More power to those 'Tilting at windmills'. Their quixotic goals are to be admired. If you ultimately bring some attention to Novartis' poor interpretation of what the PDMA rules and regs are...great. I don't work for a company that is apparently as corrupt as Novartis. I do work in the industry and not all companies are the same. Not all reps are the same when it comes to how they ethically go about their business. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how successful Don Quixote will be!

What do you mean, "nothing has happened yet"? Yes Novartis still is a virgin as far as some big time punishment is concerned but they paid lot of fines in some countries. Usually few thousands for doing offlabel, false claims and other transgrassions. In Canada for instance Novartis was fined numerous times by PAAB, Rx&D and PAMC with amounts up to 20.000. These are industry regulation bodies that act as apologists for the industry's transgressions. Those caught get symbolic fines so the case does not go forther to government agencies. Besides in Canada they don't have anything like FCA and other strongs laws we have here in USA. There were attempts to break this Co but so far they failed. Many are working on it here though including several of fellows in Canada.
As to your statement that nothing happened yet, I'd say this, either you just fell from Novartia planet or you are not following what is going on in your industry. Maybe your Co is a saint but thos who paid over 20 billions in fines in the last 20 years say differently. Three companies paid over 1 billion each in fines. This is mostly to do with false claims, fraud, price fixing, doctors' payoffs and other transgressions. So don't tell us "nothing happend yet". Novartis will be next soon. On the other hand what the fuck you care, anyway?

Indeed, many companies have been fined for many reasons. Medicare fraud or contributing to it through illegal promotional practices; off label promotions; price fixing; quid pro quo scams; ect.. Nothing new about that. I just find it amusing that this one book, if published and that's doubtful, will bring NV to its knees. It appears that your management is taking care of that all by it self. In looking at some of the posts on NV's boad, there are very few happy people around and its getting worse every day. From the OP's excerpts, I do see some issue with your speaker programs. Overly generous with honorariums and too many speakers in a particular geographical area could be a problem. I don't find too much else very revealing. I guess he's holding back so as to not give away his spectacular ending. And by the way, I don't give a f***. I just find this all hillarious.

Yes, book alone will not do it. I have to agree with you there. Novartis as many bigpharma cos have learned how to handle "bad" publicity with help by so many BSers at PR firms. It is that simple. Crisis happens, lets use our PR people and PR firms to handle it by BSing the public and everyone else with fabrications, lies and so on. They know it all. As to Novartis, they cut their teeth on the crisis they had some 25-30 years ago in Basel. In fact it was Sandoz and Ciba as separate cos at the time that were guilty of polluting the Rhine river with chemicals. They killed all the fish downstream and caused millions in damage. It was a disaster for both Cos and that is when they learned to be prepared for and to handle the crisis.
So if the book comes out as only thing, it may trigger some action by someone but I too think it will not hurt them.
The only way to get them is the way others were gotten. Must have Evidence of misconduct, go outside the Co and do it right. For those who do have the right evidence you should know by now what and how to do it. If not, start educating yourselves. Good start are folloeing threads right here "The WBers of Novartis unite" and "What is BPO..", "Payback time", $25.000 bounti " and some others.
This organization is so prepared, financed, organized, unscrupulous, ruthless, simply dangerous that anyone standing in their way better know what they are doing, for they will get you big time otherwise.
I speak from personal experience. Had I know then what I know now this Co would not have had such an easy time as they did. They are not unbeatable so if you have the right stuff, you'll beat them.
I am still not finished with them yet. There are forces in play that will overwhelm theirs. This is not an empty promise.

Novartis has too much money...

They can't be touched, especially by a little old rep who thinks they can effect a change as drastic as that.

Good Luck, you don't stand a chance.

To the Rebel, writer, WBer #2: What happened with all those promises that were to materialize on Apr.01,08. Was it a April fool's joke or was it fo real? We have not seen any dramatic development. I am not accusing you of inaction or judging you, but wonder what happened. I am sure that you were doing something to stand up to these assholes and we'd like to find out what is the situation. I for myself am forging on and have some very good indications that the feds will do something about it in our local country, not far from where you are.
One thing for sure it ain't easy and lot of people don't give a shit about big pharma and this Co doing their crime against us and all humanity. That is the very reason why they continue with it and are not afraid of anything except courts of law. They keep on with omerta and with their shit and will worry about concequences if they need to when the time comes. At the rate we agr progressing it maybe a long time. BUT it will come, Believe it you bastards in Basel and EH and Dorval and Zagreb and Ljubljana and anywhere.
There is simply no way you will be able to evade all the WBers and righdoers, for you are the evildoers that must be punished.
So to all WBers. Just do it.

Things of this magnitude are always a lengthly process.
I can promise you one thing, This is far from over, but things are shaping up nicely.

I will alert you to my progress when I am allowed to do so.
Remember patience is a virtue.

Good stuff! I wondered about you for I believed in your as I believe in my case and effort. Yes it takes time especially once you know the right way to go abut. You do not want to give them any chance or brake to get away. Enough is enough. No more "soup" for you Novamafia.
Interestingly my case took a turn for the better and now we are also moving forward and the outcome looks good 4 us not u Novamafiosi.
This is happening just ouside your borders and I really hope that you in US go first for the initial impact be far better than anywhere else.
Once this is done, many other potential and "closet" WBers will come forward and out and then it will be the river of tears in the BigPharmafia Land. There will be the river of tears of the Novamafia wise guys from top to bottom. Yes they are not supposed to cry but this will be so big that even the hardest and cruelest of them will cry. They may even abandon their sworn OMERTA and start singing like Pavarotti.
You go WB#2 and I'll be right behind or in front of you. In the end it will not matter. The described scenario done to them by any WBer "is a good thing", as Martha says always, before and after the prison term.

Quiote has struck a major blow against his windmill.
Quitoe has a major publisher committed to his book.

Tilting at Windmills is fun!
