Not necessarily true for my region. Yes there were definitely some rejects, but some reps that got moved to LTC were in the top 25%. Some DM's that were top ranked got moved, too. I think sales admin just threw darts on a map to figure all this out.

Happy??? Are you kidding??? They screwed so many people its insane!!! Kept reps in hospital who basically had no DOTs and moved reps over who were in the top 50% or higher!!! Which brain surgeon in NY figured all of this out????
 






Not only did some good performers get moved, but look at the workload they created in some of these territories. I know of one territory that has 5 top 250's. Can you imagine?? I know of other territories with only 4-6 accounts, all within an hour of the rep. Other's have 12-13 accounts, with reps traveling 4-5 hours to some accounts.

They used an "hour by account" method when formulating our orginal territories. Every rep and manager in the field know within 2 months that the time they projected for working any one specific account was a guess based on the size and type of hospital. If you can't access a teaching institution you can't spend 1.5 days per week there (unless you are the Candyman).

They learned NOTHING apparently because I am willing to bet my last dollar they used they exact same worthless formula again this time. 4 accounts vs 13?? Really???

Whoever said they screwed the pouch when exclusing DM's and RD's from providing input on account selection and territory lines is currect. Why use real field intellgence to make decisions when you can have a bunch of people sitting in NY guess what's right?

It wasn't a brain surgeon in NY that figured this out. It was your RD. Ask him/her why you were
moved. One thing I have to say about Forest is that even if you don't have a lot of DOTs, if you have a plan in how to get DOTs then you'll be ok. If you have minimal to zero DOTs AND have no plan on how to get them, then you are done. Fake it until you make it people. The people that were moved probably were disorganized basket cases or socially inept.
 
























Forest has never done layoffs. But I know quite a few people that are out of a job as of this week. People that have been with the company for nearly 20 years. This company is so poorly run it's not even funny.
 












Who's excited about the LTC Namenda IR launch in Commack in 2 weeks!!! You'd think after everything they've put us through they could've done it somewhere other than Commack. Good old Hyatt in Haupaugge. I can't wait to bunk up with a roomie for the week, fight for coat hangers, share a bathroom and shower, eat that crappy food, and smell their stinky feet! Maybe she'll at least be bi and go down on me and make me orgasm seeing as how my husband can't.
