We have to understand. SUN wants MB to act like a bully and make the lives of people miserable. The more people that leave, the more they will reward him. It is a lot easier to give a $1 mil bonus, instead of giving severance package to laid off employees. Given Suns troubles in India, they want to make things look good by buying out Taro. This is their grand plan and it has been hastened. I expect it to happen in the next 2-3 weeks!!

I agree with what you are saying. I am surprised more people have not left. 2-3 weeks seems unrealistic though.
 



MB is doing what he was hired to do. The problem on the 2nd floor is that complainers were used to being treated like kids. Managers who ordered lunch daily for themselves and "friends" coworkers / subordinates. Treating anyone who was not part of their buddies poorly. Hanging out and goofing off all day with no consequences. Bullies who created a situation which encouraged administrative employees to behave the same way. Shaping up the office has been painful. Layoffs are probably a good way to clean house. The new controller is more than likely fully aware of the shenanigans and changes that must be made.

2nd floor has always been interesting to watch. I wonder if HR take exit interviews seriously.

We knew this day would come and are so happy for it. #bullytimesup . The bullies think that they're about to push yet another employee out by using their juvenile mean behavior. The finger pointing mini tantrums no longer take life. HR is fully aware but they're too blinded by their meanness to see the poison they pour is spilling on to their own feet. 3rd and 2nd floor have known all about the tactics for years and happy to watch them make fools of themselves. #bullytimesup

Look up the definition of bully. “ ...weaker, smaller, or in some way vulnerable”. Only 1 person fits the definition.
