We have to understand. SUN wants MB to act like a bully and make the lives of people miserable. The more people that leave, the more they will reward him. It is a lot easier to give a $1 mil bonus, instead of giving severance package to laid off employees. Given Suns troubles in India, they want to make things look good by buying out Taro. This is their grand plan and it has been hastened. I expect it to happen in the next 2-3 weeks!!

I agree with what you are saying. I am surprised more people have not left. 2-3 weeks seems unrealistic though.
