The last three finance people that left/will leave this month is because they found better jobs. They didn't report to him directly, so they didn't have to deal with him on a daily basis. Nobody would be leaving if the unemployment rate was high.

Move the TARO offices out to Princeton and all of the big mouth people from the second floor will have to complain about snow days and mistreatment to their supervisors across the street at Home Depot. Once we get rid of the loud mouth office bullies on the second floor, the CFO will do fine. Time to rent the second floor to PepsiCo and rid the employees who are not rooting for SUN Pharma. Back office people who should focus on work and not comedy.
