The last three finance people that left/will leave this month is because they found better jobs. They didn't report to him directly, so they didn't have to deal with him on a daily basis. Nobody would be leaving if the unemployment rate was high.

Move the TARO offices out to Princeton and all of the big mouth people from the second floor will have to complain about snow days and mistreatment to their supervisors across the street at Home Depot. No longer will they walk in at 10 AM, bullshit for a an hour over free coffee, take a two hour lunch, then leave at 3 PM to pick up their kids using one of forty excuses.
