A field survey is the last thing anyone here should want. Once a field survey is completed, the next step is for the insecure HDs to review the feedback and identify “those not on board”. They will be targeted for immediate for elimination. This is exactly what happened in Pennsylvania. Bob the Fascist and his pathetic disciples have ruined the success and culture of this once great Genentech Team.

Good point. The field needs an independent company to send an anonymous survey. This very ineffective model does not work in pharma. NEVER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND NEVER WILL BE. The pharma biotech industry ecosystem model cannot be designed around hospital systems when not all therapies are in treated or purchased by hospitals! Too many managers managing not enough people. Genentech never thought about the importance of therapeutic experts. That’s what made Genentech great. Not anymore. Ashley, things are horrible in the field and you will not want to be attached to this model.
