ION experience isn't Onc experience. Nor is ION experience DM experience. TL had more DM experience, more Eisai experience and actually has experience selling in pharmaceuticals. She was much more qualified for CO DM position and should have gotten it.

CS pulled out and left for ariad Job though. Others who were interested in job were never considered. The hiring decisions at Eisai are a joke. Company should be sued for interview and hiring process. No follow up or communication to candidates.
