CC ruining Onc West already

CO has years of Onc experience with ion. That's the difference

ION experience isn't Onc experience. Nor is ION experience DM experience. TL had more DM experience, more Eisai experience and actually has experience selling in pharmaceuticals. She was much more qualified for CO DM position and should have gotten it.

I have to disagree. If I were an RD I would take the ION Account Manager over a PC DM. Knowledge of the market place is superior to experience managing people. Most oncology reps don't need to be managed by an experienced person. If they have the people skills and work for their reps instead of having the mentality that the reps work for them everything will work out great. They need a leader who understands the market place to help them move across the goal line and make things happen.

Exactly ION > PC or "specialty" DM experience. Lol

ION reps understand the pharma marketplace?? ION must be doing something different with their reps cause our gpo reps don't know anything about what we do.

Why risk your credibility in the first place like cc did. You can see how that's worked out for her reputation. Hire an experienced oncology DM and be done with it.
