Her personality is part of it but her first major decision as an RD was to hire a DM with no pharmaceutical sales experience, no Oncology product sales experience and no DM experience. The guy appears to be her personal friend. A few good internals got passed on in order for her to hire the guy. Seen lots of politics at different companies over the years but nothing like that before. That's a polarizing event no matter what angle you look at it.

It's done. Not sure why people are still hung up on it. We all want to work with people we like or have experience with. I spoke with the internal that got passed on. He said TP is really cool and CC has been helping him work on other opportunities.
Probably time to put this one to bed and judge CC based on what she does going forward not 1 hiring decision she made a month ago.
