Castle doesn't have a board.
My manager worked with several representatives and landed absolutely nothing so how is it that he was so successful on his own? I do not believe it for a second.

It is tracking software. Better to spend money tracking you than training you. Start looking for a new job. What is with this MaaS 360?
One person in my training class was told she was the first sales representative in her market for Castle Medical. When she went out into the field she was told there had been two before her.
This is redicous, these doctors we are calling on, their office staff is not dumb. They deal with a lot of reps, they know which companies they can depend on. They can't depend on the company that is always turning over reps.
Wow! Tracking software! Glad they know where to invest resources. How rediculous, start preparing that resume.
If you want some insight into Rob Mitchell and his ego, here is an example of one of the long winded emails praising himself he sends to his sales force:
Castle Family,
I hope your Tuesday is off to a great start! Today, I'd like to speak with you about consistency of purpose.
As our holiday season is in full swing, most of our competitors are beginning to take it easy; ease into a state of complacency if you will. My challenge to you is maintain your consistency of purpose. Embody our Canon of "Be Tenacious".
It is no secret that I did not begin my journey in the role that I inhabit currently. As many of you know I began my Castle journey just as you did, as a field rep with my boots on the street. By some people's standards, I was hired at the worst possible time of the year, the week of Thanksgiving. Now most people given the same circumstances would have made excuses as to why they couldn't or shouldn't put in an "A' effort. I can hear the voices of demise as I type this,"No clinics will be open, the decision makers are on vacation, the offices are to busy seeing last minute patients before the Christmas break, etc.". However, I was either to naive or likely too stubborn to listen to the negative internal dialogue that we all at one time or another posses. Instead of making excuses, I chose to embody two of our Canons; Take Action and Be Tenacious. While my competitors were lying around taking it easy, I was knocking on almost 200 doors per week. I realized that I had a real tangible opportunity to get ahead as most pharma rep's budgets at that time of the year would be tapped out and human nature is to work less not more. Friend's I capitalized on the weakness of my enemies and decided to knock on as many doors as I could possibly handle each and every day I stepped foot in the field. I left early and returned late. It was due to this extra effort at a time when most were resting that I landed the largest client in Castle's history to date within a matter of three (3), yes three (3) weeks. This first sale was the foundation that I was able to build a referral network upon and eventually dominate my space. Of course since that very first win, I went on to not only be the best sales person of the year but also gain the title of the best DVP within the same calendar year and I did so not due to an incredible training system as we didn't have one then, not do to advise from someone who had sold in the field, as my superior at the time had never sold a deal in this space ever, but rather I succeeded because I DECIDED success was the ONLY outcome I would accept. As such, I rolled up my sleeves, made the necessary sacrifices and today I am able to reap the rewards of my efforts.
Friends, my challenge to you is simply; maintain your consistency of purpose. Decide to win by whatever ethical means necessary. You have an incredible amount of tools at your disposal to help you win, far more than I ever had. All I had was sheer determination, a stubborn will and work ethic. You on the other hand have many tools, resources and a team of leaders ready to be of service to you any way they can that have ACTUALLY been in your very same shoes, selling provider to provider as you are now. I have often wondered how much more successful I could have been during my time in the field had I had the resources and ability to tap into the talent you have at your disposal. Despite this I built a book of business of over 3,000 sample per month. I am convinced I could have built my book to 12,000 per month had I had what you have at the onset. Remember, a tool is only as good as the carpenter and a carpenter will never become a craftsmen unless they study and utilize the right tool, for the right job, at the right time. I believe we are a company full of future craftsmen, but we will only meet our destiny if we choose to pick up the tool.
I challenge you today to decide to win. I challenge you to decide to become a craftsmen of your space. I believe in each and everyone of you and I know we will be met with a success far greater than any of us can imagine. However, despite how much information we provide you with, despite how many tools we create, the choice to become a craftsmen rests on your shoulders. Maintain your consistency of purpose....
Let's have a wonderful day in Castle... Our Castle is expanding...to whom shall the gauntlet be passed???
I am somewhat new here, and this company is so full of it!! When I received one of Robert Mitchells e-mails last week on how his closing percentage was 95% I laughed out loud!!! This guy is absolutely clueless and full of BS. Yeah he didn't have all the tools, but he also didn't have to waste his time putting stuff into HC1 and being on one on one calls with his manager, and conference calls and nightly e-mails about productivity etc. etc. It is a full time job just dealing with all of the micromanagement that goes on here!!
As for Maas360, click on the below link and watch the video, pay particular attention to 1:15 and the button on the screen that says 44 Devices outside Geo Fence.

Yup they are going to set up Geo Fences of our territories so they will know if your device is in the territory at all times, and if it isn't in the territory they are alerted. This is Big Brother like I have never seen it before!! Unbelievable!!

You nailed it! We have so many dumb tasks, it is hard to work. Also, team and individual conferences cut right in the middle of the day, many during peak ours. I have been in sales for awhile, and I have never seen a place schedule so many conference calls during sales hours; especially when we have them so often.
Hc1 is not meant for iPads, we do not use a mobile version. This is ridiculous!
But they know better than we do. They did it without the tools. Oh wait, if they did it without the tools we have. How is it that we are being taught the right way and the only way to sell castle. We are trying to grow an acre garden with an enormous combine. Why not teach us old school like they did it? Because some people don't know how to teach or mentor or motivate others except through paranoia and fear. This is a lesson in how not to lead a team.
