So true. Way too many VPs and SVPs doing nothing. There is only one team that actually generates revenue. Sales. All other functions support us. If a downsizing is happening look at all the VPs, SVPs and other functions first. If they leave, we don’t lose one dollar. Be smart.This is correct. If you get downsized, HR will send you your severance material. Until then keep on keeping on as it does not really matter, correct?
