He needs to go! He often advises reps to use non complaint verbage in the field. He is a walking lawsuit. Get him out of his position.

I’m unsure they read exit interviews. I know so many people calling out the same RSMs and ASDs for YEARS. Nothing has changed. Whole teams have basically left and told the company about how unethical and hostile the work environment is. Fake lips needs to go with Donny!
