How could they change it after the close of the quarter. Didn't you have goals the whole quarter?

Unlike other companies, medicis doesn't make available in a cummulative file entire sales force quota, attainment ( in terms of $ sales to date) and payout. They always did and still do whatever they want. If you are between the sheets with the right people, you are I the top ten, if not the top five. Corporate prostitution. You'll see when we interview and you ask us for our rankings. Beware the editable excel spreadsheet. Former medicis Sales ops in other companies discuss with their sales force these closed door meetings to demonstrate how fair the reps haven't at other companies vs. medicis just to make the, feel better. Half way through the day and the Valeant board remains silent. Will this Medicis board be as quiet after the similar cuts are exoerienced. Guess those 50-70 reps and managers simply did not give a shit about their jobs. What else would explain it?

Maybe this is just like how Jonah "sold" Spreckels to 1043 Ocean LLC, which never really happened...........he wants everyone to think that he sold the company to avoid lots of things, mainly a big payout to his ex-wife in a wrongful death suit?
 






The fate of this company is a tale as old as time. starts out a good thing. Lots of sacrifices made by many who took the risk and were justly rewarded, only to spiral out of control due to greed, sex, control to find itself where it is today. Its the same old story just different characters, different setting. History never ceases to repeat itself. Once the company everyone wanted to work for, now the company everyone trying to sue to get a piece of the action. Speaking of which, whats the status of that supposed class action suit filed by all those former females that used to work here? They didn't go through it? Classic. Once a player going along with all the corporate games, turned plaintiff wannabe when the tides turned . Am i right long island?
