This is correct. Many So Cal postings are the same position. Manager is a bullshit artist. Low pay for a product that is going to be a nightmare to sell for so many reasons.

Dodged a bullet indeed. Apparently some of these managers were literally coerced by other managers to score certain candidates high. What a shit show. In other words the actually district hiring manager had a solid candidate in mind but was pressured to move some other manager's recommendation forward. That when the time came for the actual face to face interview, the managers literally looked detached and agitated. Prob due to in fighting and stupid power plays amongst these idiots. 2 years tops before this mickey mouse startup is done. But by that point you may not even want this company on your resume.

I just read the inducement grant for RSU's, reported under the Nasdaq listing rule 5635 (c)(4). Looks like one fourth of the amount vests on 8/16/2025. Translation: if your territory is not producing, they will get rid of you by then, so the RSU's can be re issued to someone else. Buckle up! You'll have less than 8 months after launch to show positive results. Investors will immediately pressure the board to cut under performing territories after the first full quarter after launch. That's how private equity works.

With the inclusion of multiple companies all competing for a limited number of patients and reps tripping over each other, it's not a good situation. The available patient market will limit impact and ultimately rightsize the overall sales teams. Companies will adjust based on demand.
