BridgeBio

Had my final interviews with panel yesterday. Now, I'll wait and see if I got the role. A lot of managers from AZ were brought over. And I was told some reps will be as well. Many of the managers have come from respected big pharma companies. Also, the leadership seems to have a good grasp on what they need to get out the gate strong. Of course there will be some new company hurdles, but impressed with those I have spoken with thus far. Have interviewed with other startups and this is one that I have taken a liking too. Let's see what happens!
This right here is reason number one to run the other way...A lot of AZ manager? many came from "respected" big pharma companies? The last thing you want here are a bunch of big pharma folks as they don't know any better way to lead. The shear size of the sales team should have clued people into how this was going to run.

I have to agree with a lot of what was said. They reached out to me back in May. From there I'd already put them on the backburner since the start date is August 29th. So honestly, I was surprised I moved to the final. I did my final interviews virtually because I wasn't going to subject myself to travel all the way to Dallas for a shit show. The mix talent recruiter was all over the place. Trust me, never deal with mix talent. It's my second time, never again. She could never give me the car allowance and other pertinent details. But in general, to others points, this process seemed off. Very unprofessional, weird follow-ups when they finally did happen, and politics is definitely involved. I liked the manager I interviewed with, but everything else seemed untrustworthy.

Mix talent has got to be the worst excuse for a company. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional recruiter before. It really makes BridgeBio look bad
Mix talent is terrible. I'm not sure why any company would use them. I've literally vowed to never trust them again after this time. This is not cafepharma venting, they are truly that bad. Mix talent is the spirit airlines of recruiting. Some people are OK with spirit. I personally would never fly spirit. But for those that do fly spirit, they know what they're getting into. You have to look at mix talent the same way. Theresa Angus & Steph Harden are the worst.

Offers from the Dallas TSS Hiring Event have gone out. If you have not heard by now you were a runner up and are being kept in a holding pattern in case the first choice candidate backs out or does not pass the background check.

Nice communication from Mix Talent!
That is true. Calls started yesterday and the rest being made today. Also, I was told that they were concerned about affording everyone. That came directly from the managers mouth. For all not chosen, trust me, you dodged a bullet. Also, know your worth. They couldn't afford me!

OMG Astra Zeneca is the worst. THE WORST. Everyone knows it too. AZ people are like infected creatures from a horror movie. They’re all the same nasty people. Seriously, you need to run and run fast to the hills. They‘re going to fuck up this launch. They’re going to treat their direct reports like trash too. Oh and the best part is they enjoy stabbing each other in the back. So get your popcorn ready. Ever wonder how some of the nastiest, stupidest people move up at AZ despite being compliance nightmares? Well it’s because it is acceptable at AZ for senior managers to conduct themselves like children. It’s almost a prerequisite at AZ to be dumb. Where are all these morons? Well they’re primarily concentrated in the West.

It's against Christians' religious beliefs to take God's name and use it to indicate surprise or shock, because that is disrespectful
