I woudn't have expected any other response from you. Demean others to make yourself look so superior. You are a true inspiration Gray! That, bud, is sarcasm. You are the poorest excuse of a leader that I have ever laid witness to. You reference MJ being an inspiration but your actions and leadership are more reminiscent of Hitler. Lots of momentum early on with people believing in his ways, while executing those who did not fall in line. I realize that you will see this as compliment which will solidify the earlier poster referencing you as a sociopath / narcissist.

2. A personality disorder characterized by self-preoccupation, need for admiration, lack of empathy, and unconscious deficits in self-esteem.
3. Erotic pleasure derived from contemplation or admiration of one's own self.

Sociopath - a person, as a psychopath, whose behavior is antisocial and who lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience.

It’s all about them: If a leader doesn’t understand the concept of “service above self” they will not engender the trust, confidence, and loyalty of those they lead. Any leader is only as good as his or her team’s desire to be led by them. An over abundance of ego, pride, and arrogance are not positive leadership traits. Real leaders take the blame and give the credit – not the other way around. Long story short; if a leader receives a vote of non-confidence from their subordinates…game over.

Didn't know this guy but found the thread very amusing until I saw this guy in action at HRS. What a dick! How in the world is this guy an AVP? I've never seen anyone more pompous in my entire life. I'm very thankful not to report to him. I just hope JB pulls his head out of the sand to realize what this guy is really about ...... Himself!
