That is how you saw it. Here is how I did - I blessed a bunch of newbie losers with a visit from a proven winner. When I was younger I was lucky enough to be at a program where I had an audience with Michael Jordan and it affected my life immensely. I was simply trying to do the same for your training class but you did not embrace it. Please do SJM a favor and follow through with your Fidelis threat. No one likes a loser mi amigo.

True colors are shining now. Your comment about "blessed a bunch of newbie losers" and comparing yourself to Michael Jordan - Wow! I can definitely see where the forklift reference comes from when referencing your huge mellon of head. No need for a boat - you must walk on water "Gae". Why don't you do the rest of us a favor and try it. Make sure you are in the deepest part of Lake Travis with heavy weights attached to your feet when you do.
 






I am shocked. Who would have known that little, balding, white dude is in the same category of MJ. I guess Fray is a baller and a SJM shot caller. Go Fray! Go Fray! Probably have some big time ups too. Big Dan better watch out, Fray may posterize his ass with his mad skills.

OK - Now you are just making me angry and when I get angry I sh-t on the little people like you so in a sense you are only hurting yourself. This guy is joke! He has no clue what is going on in the field. I've never seen anyone manage up better than him - all for his own personal gain. "I need you to come in and present your business to me" he says to his managers. Well his managers don't have clue what is going on either as they are new. His managers then come in to present to him about something they have no clue about. All of this while he brings in his boss to look like he is actually doing something. "Stack rank your people and get rid of those at the bottom" so he can look like the hatchet man that he takes so much pride in. Complete fool. All he cares about is how he looks in JB's eyes to advance his own career. Everyone and everything else else are just collateral damage. Sieckhaus, where are you man? Do you even have a clue what this guy is doing? I would love to bring in this up to someone outside of this forum, but I'm sure I would be exited quickly. Let me repeat, this guy is a joke!!!!

What do you expect when you are dealing with a guy like that. Maniacal, egotistical, sociopathic, etc. You can't change a guy like this. Sooner or later, those above him will really figure him out for what he is - Overated, empty suit, in for himself.

Firings and layoffs are just business. Someone that takes pride in it, to put another notch in his belt is not. Especially when you are so detached from what is really happening in the field. Keep slobbering on your superiors knob and shitting on us "little guys", tough guy.
