It really is quite funny to watch. I know this guy and agree with everything that has been said about him. I guess I better watch out now! He will get angry with me too. Oh no! When he gets angry, he "shits on the little people". What a f'ing jerk. This guy is a leader in our company? Wow! He will call me out now too, right? He can't stand someone really knowing what he is all about, and really can't stand someone actually saying it. How dare someone not bow to him. I know, I'm a punk, give you my name, etc.... I would rather sit back and watch this guy call out your dirty laundry and add color comentary when I feel moved - and by watching his responses, I feel very moved. He really "shines" in his responses. This guy operates with reckless dissregard for anyone but himself. I know there are many, many others in agreement, but one thing this guy does very well is intimidate, bully, and get rid of anyone that doesn't kiss his ass or dissagree with him. Gray leadership, uh, I mean great leadership. note - please do not confuse Gray with great - it entirely meant as saracasm.

First of all you meant agree I would assume. Second of all I am not offended by anyone that spells disagree incorrectly as you did above. Spelling lessons should be part of your five year plan.

Zing! Good one. My apologies for the spelling. I will put that in my business plan - work on my spelling. If I do that, could you please address your own shortcomings while we're at:

1) learn how to lead, motivate, and inspire outside of do it or I will fire you.
2) bring your arrogance and douchbagginess down to a level that wouldn't completely embarrass me to bring you into see my customers.

I know that won't happen, so I will just try to stay out of your crosshairs and keep hoping you you get hit by a bus.

I for one hope one of his "little people that he shits on" lose their patience and show him how small he really is. He acts tough, but guarantee that a guy that projects himself the way he does is definitely overcompensating for something. I'd be willing to bet that it is because of a small pecker and that he is a complete pussy.
