Is this guy for real? No - Total Blowhard. Manage by fear and intimidation. This guy has free reign because he has JB fooled and the rest of the leadership puts their head in the sand. Became a bigtime rep because his AVP at the time bought the business, then he started to believe he was the second coming of Christ, and even worse, others believed it too.
 
























Total glory hound. "I did this and I did that. Look how great I am Mike and Joel" guy. "Just bring me in to close the deal guy". HA, HA, HA! His sorely mistaken confidence makes me wonder how in the world he carries that big head of his around without the assist of a forklift. No support to those that are not "his guys" or no follow-up. Rarely returns a phone call. Cares nothing about the real people getting things done on a daily basis. He definitley has some loyalty from a few on his inner circle, but is FAR from a person that can or should be trusted.

The OP on this is way off base and doesn't have a clue. There is not a forklift made that could support the weight of that douche's head. Get real man! If ego and and self proclamations are the measures of success, there is no one in his league.
 






























Fray Gleming Big head = Yes. Huge Ego = Yes. Leader = NO! Only in it for himself. Will step on anyone he can. Loves to bring in the big dogs for the dog and pony show and watch him talk winning, branding, etc. All hypothetical bullshit with no substance, action, or follow-up whatsoever. He's not bad in front of customers, IF, he doesn't forget the meeting, cancel to be with the someone "more imporant", or completely piss them off because he expects the customer to think it is honor for Fray to be there. If the meeting happens to go well, he will reach out to anyone above his pay grade to let them know how he had to fly in himself to get just get shit done, BY HIMSELF. Ask him how good he is. Oh wait, you won't have to. He will tell you anyway. Ass Clown sums him up.

Ok tough guy, I would do just that if I didn't need the job. Without your title, you are the furthest thing from intimidating. I know how you operate - disagree with you and get served. This is a wonderful company with great products and a total dick like you makes it nearly unbearable. You keep on believing in yourself, but you can't bully and fake your way forever.
