Here is the real deal they put Pat Noland in charge who doesn’t know hi sass from a hole in the ground and doesn’t know the lab business like he claims. What’s worse instead of making good decision as the business went forward he would run to Eurofins and blame everything on Susan H’s regime. The compliance officer didn’t know shit about our industry as well and she still doesn’t . In fact, she got embarrassed by a rep because the rep had to educate her on billing in the lab industry smh. Then you had 5 managers who didn’t give a shit and were working other jobs on the side except the dumbest one of all Jamie aka Mr. kiss ass who just so happens to have been the only manager to have retained a job out of the 5 (oh by the way if Tom on the east Coast would have stayed Jamie’s ass would have been fired - so now when Pat Noland shits corn Jamie can tell you whether its sweet corn or popcorn). Next we have Jackie Wright who supposedly ran billing but often times would be caught off guard and national or regional meetings when asked hard questions - it was as if she was a lying puppet....trust me she lied her ass off about reimbursements. UHC hated Boston Heart as most insurances companies did. The quotas were fucked and catered to reps who weren’t selling and could sell at all (some of the new hires were so fucking terrible they couldn’t get a job as a hostess at Denny’s but they hired them anyways). As if to say well lets just throw shit at the wall and lets see what sticks. Training? Are you serious what training...they didn’t want to pay anyone to train the new hires or train the current reps on new stuff coming out so thus new products failed and new hires failed miserable (and a couple got retained at the end - i guess they figured the dumber they are they wont know the difference). Oh and lets not forget Troy VP of sales who thought he was a fucking HR nightmare trying to fuck every hot female in the office and yet he was married and just had a baby - and you ask did they reprimand him or fire him.....Fire? Hell no and talk about cluelessness......Troy wouldn’t know a plate of fresh cow shit from a bowl apple butter

Boston isn't going anywhere. It is part of and is funded by Eurofins.
It will continue to be slowly fully absorbed into the mothership.
The business will go nowhere but will continue to struggle along because of Eurofins ability to subsidize it despite the fact it is not generating (and will not generate) any profit.
There is no future other than that. If not for being purchased by a billion dollar (euro) organization, it would have already gone the way of Atherotech and True Health........OUT OF BUSINESS

Lucky for BH because they certainly didn't keep the best reps/manager to move forward
