Bone hell business unit

Sorry anti-USC guy, you're barking up the wrong tree. The real pod monkey whiners are from the midwest, southeast and northeast. All these monkeys are used to big returns on little effort because there have never been any obstacles in their professional path (managed care, acquisition cost, access). Now they have to THINK, work hard and THINK again, it's clearly very difficult for them so they post their incoherent, grammatically incorrect rants against everything here because it's easier than looking in the mirror.

Here's the formula used by successful teams: Find 1 office manager who wants to make money. Every pt put on Prolia = $400/year to office. Office manager runs list of pts with osteoporosis and makes easy money for office by switching pt's to Prolia. Office manager is rewarded- makes money for office but more importantly makes big bucks for themselves by becoming an Amgen speaker and then teaches other offices how to make money.

You mean lie? That's what a bunch of reps are telling offices to do. That will catch up with you! Most of our ins companies require a 12 month trial before considered a failure. It's ridiculous. And Med D puts in a pre-auth! No pre-auth for part B, but every plan a pre-auth for D. RIDICULOUS. Where are our account managers and how come they aren't getting the thought leaders on these boards to get that off????

Come on, this isn't rocket science! Easy to show failure- have to teach your offices to be more creative.

"creative" - Ha! And when they get audited what do you say - oops, sorry. Go ahead an TEACH them how to cheat the system. I'm not willing to put my credibility on the line. There is life after Amgen folks. Scum like you is why pharma has a bad reputation. It's 9/11, check your moral compass.

$400?

How do you figure?
