I call bullshit on that, there are people who are working VERY hard and can't make their goals. Ask yourself, why set the same goal for everyone.....so corporate came take you out claiming you didn't meet your numbers, that's why. No solid business leader would give everyone the same goals.

by the way, you sound like a total jerk. i feel sorry for people who work for you.

on the other hand, my manager is not a jerk and knows exactly how hard i work. my manager wouldn't ask me such an asinine question. which is one of the reasons i work harder for my manager. if your reps are not working as hard, and one would imagine they aren't, based on you question that was more of an accusation, maybe it's because you demotivate them.

HT and JD are to blame, they blame reps for their total mistake in marketing and forecasting.

How many times has our plan changed ?
How many people have been blamed? I think we are on access lead #3
The plan is the problem and HT is the problem and JD is the problem

its sad that CEO and others continue to allow this mess to go on - Amgen is the worse place Ive ever worked - I see no way Prolia will reach their goals and we will continue to be made the scape goats , why HT and JD make $$$$$mmmm.

SO TRUE!! Goals should have been set from day 1, they have the data!! No comparing some territories to others where volume is so much higher?!
 












Get a clue everyone. The reason that everyone in the BHBU is so unhappy is that you have a dog of a drug. No matter what they tell you, it sucks. If you come late to a party and don't bring anything, nobody will want to play with you.
