Yeah right, but here's the problem: the pods you monkeys used to hide in, I mean WORK in, don't exist anymore. You'll never have an easy gig like you did even 5 years ago, the market has changed, the industry has changed, everything has changed except your poor work habits and your poor attitude. Those that are thriving in BHBU are doing so because they're working hard and not whining.

I call bullshit on that, there are people who are working VERY hard and can't make their goals. Ask yourself, why set the same goal for everyone.....so corporate came take you out claiming you didn't meet your numbers, that's why. No solid business leader would give everyone the same goals.

by the way, you sound like a total jerk. i feel sorry for people who work for you.

on the other hand, my manager is not a jerk and knows exactly how hard i work. my manager wouldn't ask me such an asinine question. which is one of the reasons i work harder for my manager. if your reps are not working as hard, and one would imagine they aren't, based on you question that was more of an accusation, maybe it's because you demotivate them.

HT and JD are to blame, they blame reps for their total mistake in marketing and forecasting.
