Yeah right, but here's the problem: the pods you monkeys used to hide in, I mean WORK in, don't exist anymore. You'll never have an easy gig like you did even 5 years ago, the market has changed, the industry has changed, everything has changed except your poor work habits and your poor attitude. Those that are thriving in BHBU are doing so because they're working hard and not whining.

Listen here queer bait, I am and the majority of the assholes that are left are busting their ass or THEY WOULDN'T BE HERE , get it dick weed!! I have never been a pod monkey in my 12 year career!!! And I am doing good, but I can't stand this lifestyle.... So in your words its OK to micro some one to death because thats the new in thing to do??? WTF kind of planet do you come from. Treat people like shit and they will usually bolt sooner or later(Pod monkey ) my ass you twit.. why don't you go write another FCR you will feel better in the morning..

I am sure you are so fulfilled in your career choice...

The industry is getting worse day by day
There is nothig to ride out, but remember the middle manager who has lost his way
Wll soon not be able to earn the pay

The better moves are to take your expertise to more consultant type positions

This is the exact problem. A typical post from a typical Amgen Manager. The reason the bone health hell hole is failing is micro managerment, horrible business model (Amgen is the only company where a territory in New York City should produce the exact same as a territory in Maine, yeah OKAY), constant strategy shifing, and mark my words this drug won't be successful in primary care until Amgen gets a self injectable label and patients can use Part D consistently. It's no surprise CT can't figure this out. Wall street demand his exit!!!!!!!!!

You could go back to your old company. You're still in contact with you're old dm, aren't you?

The advice is good, better to move. But industry isn't getting worse, this company is. And the Big Phrma I left, 2 years ago today, is fine. I believed the "best of the best" line.
