Like poster #52 said, who know if we'll ever be seeing our Q2 and Q3 bonus. Tony specifically said on our conference call that we won't be getting an IC score card for Q2 and Q3. How much trust can we have that we'll be paid, and if we do get a check, what's the problem that they can't provide the breakdown?

This seems like it's destined to be a screw job.
 






BMS got their 2nd bonus paid a while ago. InVentiv kept telling us that they don't have to wait for calls per day data this time... Now that close-outs are complete, we SURELY will get a check in the mail in a couple weeks (the next "pay period" for inVentiv).

Everyone, let's keep each other posted. They owe us all 3rd quarter too and we have to keep the lines of communication open to ensure we don't get screwed.

Absolutely! Without being provided any kind of documentation from the company, we have to check our mailboxes for a check to be in there at some random point in time. If you didn't "earn" a bonus, the only way to know that the bonus for that quarter was paid out will be to read it here on CP.

While I believe we will see payout eventually for Q2 andQ3 bonuses, I wouldn't count on Q2 bonus payout being in the next "pay period" ie. 10/21. Regardless of whether or not inVentiv is requiring less info for Q2 payout, they will not be in a huge hurry. I will be surprised if we see both before the end of the year and for sure Q3 before sometime next year.

Someone must have some connections still at inVentiv... I know there was 1 RTAM and 14 reps that stayed on... Maybe they've heard? I still find it hard to grasp that a company can do this - wait 5 months to pay out a bonus when they've had all the data well before then. Whether it's inVentiv (which I think it is) or BMS - what a rackett! And to think they call it sales "incentive" or "compensation".
